    Proceeds from the Celebrate Iowa Gala provide essential support for statewide education initiatives and exhibits of the State Historical Society of Iowa and the State Historical Museum of Iowa -- including programs leading up to the 175th anniversary of Iowa statehood on December 28, 2021. To celebrate this historic milestone, the State Historical Society of Iowa is amplifying its virtual educational resources, online access to historical archives and new exhibit experiences for families, students, educators and lifelong learners.
