Deadline August 19, 2022: Are you a professional dancer in dire financial emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its continued impact? You may be eligible for a one-time grant of up to $5,000. Dire financial emergencies include the lack or imminent endangerment of essentials such as housing, food, utilities, transportation, and medicine/healthcare. Cycle 4 of the national Rauschenberg Dancer Emergency Grants program is open through April 19, 2022; funds may be requested for emergency expenses for up to a three-month period between March 1 and December 31, 2022. Open to choreographers living anywhere in the U.S., its territories, Tribal nations or the District of Columbia. Administered by the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA), additional cycles will run through June, 2023.
