So your footage is shot and edited, but the color doesn't match. Now what? We'll fix it together by learning how to grade and color-correct videos using DaVinci Resolve. The class will also cover relevant vocabulary (including the difference between color grading and color correction), plus tips for seeing images as a colorist would, choosing a look, the importance of your grading environment, planning the order of operations in a grade, and more. While you don't need DaVinci Resolve software to attend the class, it may be easier to follow along if you do.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Frederick Trevino lives to make beautiful images. He’s been a colorist and owner of Beambox Studio for over 10 years now and has graded nearly fifty feature length films. He’s worked with top brands like HBO, ESPN, Prada, Sundance Channel, Under Armour, and Master Dynamics to name a few. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Fine Arts he moved to New York where he’s been grading beautiful images for client’s big and small from all over the globe.
