Register to join museum staff on Zoom for a virtual version of the popular "History Mystery" program. The new digital format brings the museum and our thousands of pieces of Iowa history to your own living room. This digital program allows participants to examine artifacts and historic images to determine how they were used and who might have used them. Will you be a history super sleuth?
Iowans have been giving and receiving presents for centuries. Use your detective skills to investigate some museum objects that could have been a fantastic present of the past.
History Mystery is free to attend, but space is limited and advanced registration is required. Please register by 4 p.m. on the Friday before the program. Each child (recommended for ages 8-12) must be accompanied by an adult for its duration.
