Apply for funding to enhance your artistic skills and practice, advance your business management, or expand the audience or market for your work. Artist Catalyst Grants provide support to Iowa artists, filmmakers, musicians and creative writers to elevate the creative field in Iowa.
Funding for the program is made possible by the Iowa Legislature and by the National Endowment for the Arts.
- Who: Iowa Artists, including Performing and Visual Artists, Filmmakers, Musicians, Creative Writers
- What: $500 - $2,500 with a 50% cash match requirement
- When: Applications will be accepted on a quarterly basis throughout fiscal year 2023 which runs from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
- May 2, 2022 at 11:59 PM for the funding period of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
- August 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM for the funding period of September 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
- November 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM for the funding period of December 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
- February 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM for the funding period of March 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023.
