Iowa Artist Fellowship Program

    Apply for funding and professional development opportunities to advance your artistic career. The Artist Fellowship Program provides support to artists who demonstrate exceptional creativity and the capacity to contribute to the innovation and elevation of the arts in Iowa.

    • When: Deadline for the Letter of Intent was March 15, 2017 for fellowship period taking place July 1, 2017–June 30, 2018.

    Project Promotion

    Please use the most recent versions of Iowa Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts logos on materials promoting your projects. Find information on how to acknowledge the department’s support in the handbook.

    Send images and event details about your project for promotion in Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs and Iowa Arts Council communication outlets.

    Final Report

    As a grant recipient, you must complete the final report form at the end of the process and share the impact of the project on arts and culture in Iowa.
